Art Splash Atelier assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur in the studio.

Art Splash Atelier is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of any items.

Children are welcome at Art Splash Atelier but must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

Any pictures, videos, or other digital media taken at Art Splash Atelier may be used for advertising or social media purposes. If you prefer that you or your child not appear in any promotional material, please inform a staff member.

If a painted item is damaged by a staff member during handling or firing, Art Splash Atelier will only be liable for the invoiced amount.

You may be charged for any damage you cause to Art Splash Atelier property, whether to the premises, items within, or both.

If you wish to create or use a design containing sensitive material that may be deemed inappropriate by some customers, please consult a staff member to arrange a convenient time to work on your piece.

Art Splash Atelier reserves the right to decline service to any customer who displays rudeness, violence, or behavior that compromises the safety of staff and other patrons, in line with its policies and regulations.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Only defective items may be returned, with store credit offered in lieu of refunds.

Any piece, whether finished or unfinished, left in the studio for more than 60 days will become the property of Art Splash Atelier.

Rules Regarding Unclaimed Items:

1. Notification Process: Customers will be contacted by phone regarding the impending transfer of ownership for items left in the studio for over 60 days.

2. Contact Attempts: Art Splash Atelier will make up to three attempts to reach the customer concerning unclaimed items.

3. Transfer of Ownership: If, after three attempts, the customer cannot be reached, unclaimed items will become the property of Art Splash Atelier.

4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information with Art Splash Atelier to receive notifications regarding unclaimed items.

5. Extension Requests: Customers may request extensions or make arrangements to retrieve their items before the transfer of ownership occurs. Such requests must be made within the notification period.

6. Policy Enforcement: Once this policy goes into effect, items will become the property of Art Splash Atelier, and no further claims or retrieval requests will be entertained.
