  • Art Splash Atelier has no responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur in the studio.

  • Art Splash Atelier has no responsibility for any injury or damage that results from misuse of any items.

  • Children are welcome at Art Splash Atelier under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • Any pictures, videos, or other forms of digital media taken in Art Splash Atelier may be used for the purpose of advertising or social media; if you do not want you or your child to appear in any promotional material, please let a member of the staff know.

  • In the event that a painted item is damaged by a member of the staff while handling / firing it, Art Splash Atelier is liable only for the invoiced amount.

  • You will be charged for any damage that you cause to the property of Art Splash Atelier, whether it be to the premises, the items within, or both.

  •  In the event that you wish to create or use a design which contains sensitive material and may be considered inappropriate by some customers, please consult a member of the staff in order to find a convenient time to work on your piece.

  • ArtSplash Atelier maintains the discretion to decline service to any customer who demonstrates rudeness, violence, or engages in behavior that compromises the safety of staff and fellow patrons, in accordance with its policies and regulations.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final.

  • Only defective items can be returned. No refunds, store credit only.

  • All pieces, whether finished or unfinished, which have been left in the studio for more than 60 days will become the property of Art Splash Atelier.

"Rules Regarding Unclaimed Items:

1. Notification Process: Customers will be contacted via phone call in advance of the impending transfer of ownership for items left in the studio for more than 60 days.
2. Contact Attempts: Art Splash Atelier will make up to three attempts to reach the customer regarding unclaimed items.

3. Transfer of Ownership: If after three attempts the customer cannot be reached, the unclaimed items will become the property of Art Splash Atelier.

4. Customer Communication: It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain current contact information with Art Splash Atelier to ensure receipt of notifications regarding unclaimed items.

5. Extension Requests: Customers may request extensions or make arrangements for timely retrieval of their items before the transfer of ownership occurs. Such requests must be made within the notification period.

6. Policy Enforcement: Once this policy goes into effect, the items will become the property of Art Splash Atelier, and no further claims or requests for retrieval will be entertained."
